The staff report includes an analysis of the Architectural and Design Review application and also incorporates the Initial Study that was previously prepared and distributed. The proposed project will be considered by the Planning Commission on June 9, 2010.

Initial Study and proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed construction of a 3,036 SF bank branch at 290 S. Main St. (APN 025-331-14). This report addresses the Environmental Review and Archeological Review applications and the potential environmental impacts associated with the development and subsequent use of the subject property. Mitigation measures are recommended which are designed to reduce the identified environmental impacts to a less than significant level.
